work with me
I began practicing in 1998 after earning a Master of Acupuncture degree with Japanese Acupuncture Certification from Northwest Institute of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. In 2004, I earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University.
Over the past eight years, I’ve immersed myself in the study of movement. I became a Pilates Teacher in 2018, and earned Personal Trainer Certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2020.
I believe in a holistic mind-body approach, and that often a combination of hands-on treatment and life adjustments are needed to promote healing and ongoing wellness.
My sessions incorporate gentle Japanese Acupuncture, East Asian bodywork and cupping, Kinesio® Taping and therapeutic health education.
When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature and with my family and friends. I also love to write and sing, and I am learning to play the guitar.
